Lynn Hill

Crazy good climber, to say the least. If you don't know much about her, and her impact on climbing, google her or something.
Brief bio tho--She's 47 and still crushes....She free-climbed the Nose on El Cap before any other climber, male or female (14 years ago....and then, she did it in a day...proud, very proud. She's wons competitions the world over and sent hard routes everywhere.

It was very impressive watching her climb since she's pretty short and since Horse Pens is a pretty "reachy" climbing area.
Obviously her 33(!!!) years of climbing experience showed as she was able to figure out here own beta, which was usually
pretty damn technical/creative. And she's still really damn strong...example, while at "Landslide" which is a pretty difficult slopey/squeezy problem, she walked up in approach shoes and pulled up...with ease. She didn't send, or spend much time on it but I was definitely impressed.

I can only hope that I'll be able to climb half as well as her when I am 47.

Should be some more photos of her after tomorrow....56 degree day at Horse Pens, should be good.
