Caution, venting below:

I've often felt that Birmingham is a boring/shitty place, referring to it as a bubble and a toxic environment for growth...which I personally feel is true. I now have a new adjective to describe this place I call home; claustrophobic. I think it fits.

The ever-present urge to move away from here is growing day by day....Paris or New York anyone?

What can I say, it's been a bad day....but that doesn't change the fact sooner rather than later I've got to get out.
